Remembering Freedom Fighters Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev Thapar, and Shivaram Rajguru


Shaheed Diwas (Martyrs' Day) is observed in India on March 23 to honor the ultimate sacrifice of Freedom Fighters Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev Thapar, and Shivaram Rajguru. They were executed by the British in Lahore Jail on this day in 1931. The day symbolizes patriotism, courage, and the nation's fight for independence.

NAVY DAY 4TH DEC 2025


Navy Day in India is celebrated on 4 December every year to recognize the achievements of the Indian Navy and its role in the country. 4 December was chosen as on that day in 1971, during Operation Trident, the Indian Navy sank four Pakistani vessels including PNS Khaibar, defeating the Pakistani NavyOn this day, those killed in the Indo-Pakistan War of 1971 are also remembered.
